The Vexilar FL-8 produces all of these.  Notorious for its ability to show the bait at great depths, the FL-8 is a great baseline model.  It displays in 3 colors what is sees below the ice (red for large object and the bottom, orange for medium, and green for small).  It boasts 400 watts of power and a target separation of 2.65".
